PRICING
All prices are in USD. Prices displayed are exclusive of sales tax and may be subject to audit and correction.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be collected in accordance with all state and local laws where applicable. Sales tax is calculated during the checkout process and is based on your shipping address. In accordance with the law, it is your responsibility to report and pay use tax on purchases of tangible property that is not taxed

MODIFYING OR CANCELING ORDERS

We are unable to cancel or make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please make sure you provide us with the
correct shipping address at checkout as we are unable to modify or reroute deliveries.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to ensure our inventory is accurate and up-to-date, there are rare occasions where an item may not be available for shipment. We will reach out to you via email if an item you purchased is out of stock.

SHIPPING POLICY

* Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
* Delivery estimates are displayed on all product pages and at checkout.
* Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.
* We offer standard shipping within the contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
* We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
* We’ll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
* Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once they ve left our facility.
* All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

REFUND – EXCHANGE POLICY

Read all descriptions carefully BEFORE purchasing.
We only accept returns in exchange for store credit.
With the volume of service we provide once an order is placed it can not be canceled NO EXCEPTIONS.

– ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A CODE
– ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD
– INTIMATE ITEMS LIKE UNDERGARMENTS, LEGGINGS, BODYSUITS, SWIM, AND SHAPEWEAR. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ANY SIGNS OF WEAR (ANYTHING OTHER THAN TRYING ON THE PRODUCT) OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT AT THE FAULT OF EVON ANTHONY WILL LEAD TO
THE EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUEST BEING VOIDED.
